Обґрунтовано необхідність активізації державної підтримки економічного розвитку, особливо тих галузей, які забезпечують безпеку територіальну, продовольчу, енергетичну, фінансову, соціальну чи екологічну. Охарактеризовано втрати економіки у воєнний час, державну політику щодо релокації підприємств та активів, проблеми ведення бізнесу. Узагальнено причини та наслідки міграційних процесів воєнного стану та державну політику щодо їх подолання. Визначено пріоритети та пріоритетні галузі повоєнного розвитку, запропоновано напрями державної політики, які дозволять створити умови для повоєнного розвитку економічних процесів
