State policy of activisation of economic development during war and post-war periods

Ivanna Kozak
Abstract

The author substantiates the need to intensify state support for economic development, especially in those industries that ensure territorial, food, energy, financial, social, or environmental security. The author characterizes the losses of the economy in wartime, the state policy on the relocation of enterprises and assets, and the problems of doing business. The causes and consequences of migration processes in martial law and state policy to overcome them are summarized. Priorities and priority areas of post-war development are identified, and directions of state policy are proposed that will create conditions for the post-war development of economic processes
