Розкрито особливості дуальної форми навчання. Охарактеризовано роль дуальної системи освіти в підвищенні якості медсестринської освіти. Проаналізовано міжнародний досвід впровадження дуальної освіти у підготовці медичних сестер та виокремлено основні проблеми щодо його ефективної реалізації в Україні. Висвітлено етапи дуальної форми навчання медсестер. Запропоновано розробити програму експерименту із запровадження дуальної освіти у вітчизняну програму підготовки медичних сестер/братів та дослідити вплив дуальної освіти на компетентності медсестер
