Розглянуто особливості сучасного стану боротьби України за свій суверенітет і територіальну цілісність проти війни з боку РФ та розкрито необхідність протиставлення атакам агресора як військову могутність, так і цінності і смисли демократії, що змістовно відтворюється в концепції національного розвитку. Визначено принципові положення концепції, важливість її наукового обґрунтування та схвалення широкими колами громадськості, а також її дієвий мотиваційний вплив на модернізацію суспільно-владних відносин. Акцентовано увагу на унікальності вітчизняної ситуації, що зумовлює дотримання творчого, інноваційного підходу, неможливості механічного запозичення чи дублювання чужих ідей і принципів, що, зокрема, стосується і відомої концепції лібертаріанського патерналізму
