Вплив війни на правила реалізації державно-приватного партнерства у сфері культури України

Анотація

Досліджено основні причини та проблеми, які гальмують розвиток державно-приватного партнерства в Україні та потребують законодавчих змін на сучасному етапі. Розглянуто наслідки російського військового вторгнення для культурної сфери України та внутрішньої економіки загалом. Проаналізовано нормативно-правову базу з питань врегулювання механізмів державно-приватного партнерства у процесі відбудови держави у воєнний та післявоєнний час та, зокрема, відновлення та функціонування сфери культури. Проведено огляд законодавчих змін, спрямованих на врегулювання нагальних проблем у сфері державно-приватного партнерства. Подано пропозиції щодо вдосконалення механізмів регулювання державно-приватного партнерства у сфері культури України з урахуванням специфіки цієї сфери
