The main reasons and problems that hinder the development of public-private partnership in Ukraine and require legislative changes at the present stage are investigated. The consequences of the Russian military invasion for the cultural sphere of Ukraine and the domestic economy in general are considered. The author analyzes the legal framework for regulating the mechanisms of public-private partnership in the process of rebuilding the state in wartime and post-war times and, in particular, the restoration and functioning of the cultural sphere. The author reviews legislative changes aimed at resolving urgent problems in the field of public-private partnership. Proposals are made to improve the mechanisms for regulating public-private partnerships in the field of culture in Ukraine, taking into account the specifics of this area.
