Обґрунтовано доцільність розвитку інформаційно-комунікаційного аспекту публічно-управлінської діяльності з метою отримання виваженого і адаптованого управлінського рішення в умовах сучасних невизначеностей. Зазначено, що особливістю сучасних викликів та загроз, які зумовлюють невизначеність та хибність управлінських рішень, є недостовірність інформації, пряма дезінформація та незнання способів поведінки в ситуаціях, що склалися. Показано, що в умовах сучасної невизначеності зростає соціальна значимість управлінської діяльності та відповідальне ставлення всіх соціальних суб’єктів до своїх службових та суспільних обов’язків. Аргументовано, що в умовах війни постає необхідність підвищення рівня інформаційної гігієни та медіаграмотності як управлінського персоналу, так і суспільства загалом з метою розвитку культури безпечного споживання інформації. Обґрунтовано, що поєднання медійної, цифрової, психологічної грамотності та інфогігієни сприяє формуванню відповідної адаптивної зони інформаційнокомунікаційного комфорту. Показано, що прийняття управлінських рішень в умовах невизначеності залежить від правильності та чіткості налагодження суб’єктами публічно-управлінської діяльності ефективної інформаційно-комунікаційної взаємодії
