The article substantiates the expediency of developing the information and communication aspect of public administration with a view to obtaining a balanced and adapted management decision in the context of modern uncertainties. It is noted that a feature of modern challenges and threats that cause uncertainty and erroneousness of management decisions is unreliable information, direct misinformation and ignorance of the ways of behavior in the current situation. It is shown that in the context of modern uncertainty, the social significance of managerial activity and the responsible attitude of all social actors to their official and public duties are increasing. It is argued that in the context of war there is a need to improve the level of information hygiene and media literacy of both management personnel and society as a whole in order to develop a culture of safe information consumption. It is substantiated that the combination of media, digital, psychological literacy and infohygiene contributes to the formation of an appropriate adaptive zone of information and communication comfort. It is shown that managerial decision-making under conditions of uncertainty depends on the correctness and clarity of the establishment of effective information and communication interaction by the subjects of public administration
