Розглянуто особливості прийняття управлінських рішень в органах місцевого самоврядування України. Визначено теоретичні засади прийняття управлінських рішень та їх моделі відповідно до напрямів їх реалізації. Представлено модель раціонального прийняття управлінських рішень в органах місцевого самоврядування та роз’яснено основні етапи реалізації цих рішень. Визначено основні проблеми, які існують у сфері прийняття управлінських рішень в органах місцевого самоврядування, та обґрунтовано кроки, які необхідно здійснити з метою їх вирішення
