Peculiarities of administrative decision-making in local government bodies

Abstract

The features of managerial decision-making in local self-government bodies of Ukraine are considered. The theoretical foundations of managerial decision-making and their models in accordance with the directions of their implementation are determined. The model of rational decision-making in local self-government bodies is presented and the main stages of implementation of these decisions are explained. The main problems that exist in the field of management decision-making in local self-government bodies are identified, and the steps that need to be taken to solve them are substantiated.
