Розглянуто особливості нормативно-правового забезпечення розвитку територіальних міських громад в Україні. Визначено сутність та особливості територіальних міських громад відповідно до їх нормативно-правової регламентації в законодавстві України. Проаналізовано низку законодавчих актів, які забезпечують нормативно-правове регулювання розвитку територіальних міських громад в Україні. Обґрунтовано напрями вирішення проблем розвитку територіальних міських громад в Україні, а також представлено процедури їх вирішення
