The article considers the peculiarities of regulatory and legal support for the development of territorial urban communities in Ukraine. The essence and peculiarities of territorial urban communities are defined in accordance with their legal regulation in the legislation of Ukraine. The author analyzes a number of legislative acts that provide legal and regulatory framework for the development of territorial urban communities in Ukraine. The author substantiates the directions of solving the problems of development of territorial urban communities in Ukraine and presents the procedures for their solution
