Розглянуто особливості взаємодії Збройних cил України (далі – ЗСУ) з підрозділами територіальної оборони (далі – ТрО) та добровольчими формуваннями територіальних громад (далі – ДФТГ) в умовах агресії російської федерації (далі – рф) проти України, проблеми законодавчого регулювання такої взаємодії. Недосконалість законодавства щодо правового регулювання ТрО та ДФТГ, зокрема, визначення їх статусу, правових гарантій, матеріальнотехнічного та фінансового забезпечення не сприяє ефективному використанню підрозділів ТрО в бойових діях проти рф. Зміни до законодавства є фрагментарними і комплексно не вирішують проблем
бройні сили України; добровольчі формування територіальних громад; ДФТГ; територіальна оборона; національний спротив; рух опору
