By submitting a manuscript, the author automatically accepts these terms and confirms that the work does not infringe the rights of other persons or organisations, has not been previously published, and is not under consideration in another journal.
The author retains copyright to the work, while the publisher obtains the right of first publication under the CC BY licence. This right allows the publisher to publish the article in English and distribute its printed version, to translate manuscripts submitted in Ukrainian into English and distribute the translation, as well as to disseminate electronic versions of the article (and translations) via the journal’s website, databases, repositories and other electronic platforms.
In all cases, a proper bibliographic citation or hyperlink to the article on the official journal website is required.
