Modern approaches to public sphere specialist training

Abstract

The article considers the problems of training public sector professionals in modern conditions. The author analyzes the programs of cooperation between the education system of Ukraine and the EU, which allow future public sector professionals to study foreign experience within the framework of student mobility. The author outlines the steps that need to be taken by educational institutions aimed at training public sector professionals in accordance with the requirements of the modern world. Approaches to the application of the American and European models of education in the public sphere in order to train qualified specialists are presented
