Розглянуто особливості нормативно-правового забезпечення будівництва автомобільних доріг в Україні. Проаналізовано низку законодавчих та підзаконних актів, які забезпечують нормативно-правове регулювання будівництва автомобільних доріг в Україні. Розглянуто проблеми, які існують на цей час в досліджуваній сфері, зокрема, з позиції наявності значної кількості корупційних ризиків, що супроводжують процес будівництва автомобільних доріг. Обґрунтовано основні кроки, які потрібно зробити для того, щоб покращити нормативно-правове забезпечення будівництва автомобільних доріг в Україні та знизити рівень корупційних ризиків у цій сфері
