Висвітлено різні підходи науковців до трактування поняття “праворозуміння”, його ознак, типів, функцій, об’єкта, суб’єктів та змісту, до якого належить сутність, пізнання, усвідомлення права, наповнення праворозуміння та роль у регулюванні суспільних відносин, характеристики, ознаки та особливості проявів розуміння права. Встановлено, що усвідомлення правової дійсності через призму правових теорій, доктрин і концепцій є важливим та актуальним при визначенні праворозуміння, оскільки від розуміння права залежить його реалізація та застосування на практиці державними службовцями
