Organisational support for the development of public-private partnership

Abstract

The article considers the peculiarities of legal regulation of public-private partnership in Ukraine. The essence of public-private partnership is defined and attention is focused on the innovation of this instrument. The author analyses a number of legal acts on the basis of which cooperation between the State and private entities is carried out. The problems that exist in the field of regulatory and legal regulation of public-private partnership are presented. The author substantiates the directions in which the regulatory support of public-private partnerships should be provided in the context of unification of the legislative and by-law legal framework
