The article examines the current state of Ukraine's youth policy in the time of Russian aggression against Ukraine. The importance of involving young people in the development and implementation of youth policy during martial law is analyzed. The main factors that influence the effectiveness of targeted programs in the field of youth policy at the local level are traced on the example of the Ivano-Frankivsk city territorial community and the prospects for the reconstruction of Ukraine after the war
