The article analyzes the general state of the transport infrastructure in Ukraine. It is shown that the military actions have affected road infrastructure facilities the most, and their restoration requires a significant amount of investment. One of the tools to attract investment in this area could be public-private partnership projects, which are widely used in international practice. However, public-private agreements are still not fully utilized in Ukraine, despite the proper legislative support in this area. It is shown that in order for public-private partnerships to become an instrument for attracting investment in transport infrastructure, it is necessary to: simplify the procedure for preparing and implementing public-private partnership projects for the restoration of war-damaged facilities, strengthen the innovation component in public-private partnership projects, and create an appropriate institutional environment in this area
