The author considers the mechanism of public-private partnership as one of the most effective for the reconstruction of the State in the post-war period. The importance of developing institutional support for this mechanism is shown, following the example of those European countries that have been rebuilding after military conflicts in recent decades. The author substantiates the expediency of attracting private investment to restore Ukraine in the post-war period and improving legislation for greater transparency of actions within the framework of public-private partnership
