Innovative aspects of development of digitalization of public governance in the USA

Abstract

The basic principles and tools of digitalization of public administration in the United States are analyzed. Attention is drawn to the system of e-government and open governance, and the system of electronic services in the United States is analyzed. The active participation of the US government in the implementation of programs for the digitalization of public administration and the formation of an open society is noted. Ways to implement the US experience in Ukraine are suggested
