Implementation of the customs policy of Ukraine amid improvement of its regulatory and legal support

Abstract

The features of the customs policy of Ukraine in the system of public administration of foreign economic activity of the state are considered. The emphasis is placed on the regulatory and legal support of customs policy in Ukraine, which regulates relations in the customs sphere. The main directions for improving the legal framework in the field of customs policy of Ukraine are substantiated. The necessity of improving customs control by adopting the Law of Ukraine "On Customs Control in Ukraine" is argued. The need to unify the legislative framework of Ukraine in the customs sphere in accordance with the norms and standards of the European Union in view of Ukraine's implementation of the European integration vector is argued.
