Conceptual basis of providing income for the rural population of Ukraine in post-war conditions

Abstract

The article identifies certain components of the current state of the social system of Ukraine, in particular, compares the level of income of the rural population with certain European countries. The research principles are formed, which are used to develop five components of the conceptual framework of these incomes. It is emphasized that these foundations take into account the European vector of social development of Ukraine and the specifics of the use of foreign and Ukrainian theoretical constructs. The necessity of taking into account the historical aspect of economic science is emphasized.
