Determining factors of the formation of the social concept of public administration

Abstract

Attention is focused on the issue of actualization of modern approaches to the development of a scientifically sound strategy for the formation and development of the social concept of public administration in the context of responding to the latest social challenges and threats. The system of determining factors based on relevant social indicators/indicators is specified. The specifics and main dimensions of the strategic potential of the formation of the social concept of public administration are revealed, taking into account the specifics of resource capabilities
